The scholarship is open to applicants who are current undergraduate or graduate students at a DC, MD, or VA university and currently enrolled in a civil engineering program with interest in Geotechnical Engineering. The deadline to apply for FY 2025-2026 is January 16, 2026 and additional information is on the attached flyer and application can be accessed with the link below.
